Delete your OUTLET account
You can delete your OUTLET account at any time, in the app or by email. OUTLET is operated by Business Kariera.
In the app
- Open OUTLET and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Orders that are still in progress must be completed or cancelled first.
Without the app
Email contact@bizkariera.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Your name, email address and phone number, your delivery addresses, cart, saved items and notifications. You are signed out on every device, and usage data is no longer linked to you.
What is kept
Records of completed purchases, as accounting law requires.
